Lexi Parrot earned her Masters degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Public Health. She has spent her career attempting to help people improve their lives. She found her calling with hypnotherapy, which has allowed her to help countless people. Lexi Parrot is not someone who read a book or something on the subject and then started practicing on people—she is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. She trained n the field of hypnosis pretty extensively, receiving advanced training in the Ericksonian Hypnosis and Self-Relations Work of Steven Gilligan, PhD. This has prepared her well for handling issues like Depression, Anxiety, Regression Therapy, Smoking Release, Weight Mastery, Parts Therapy, PTSD, and Sexual Abuse.

Lexi Parrot understands that many people do not have a proper understanding of hypnotherapy thanks to how it has been portrayed in the media. However, hypnotherapy has been recognized by the American Medical Association for more than three decades as a valid tool for therapy. Lexi Parrot's private practice in Portland, Oregon, has been in operation for more than thirteen years because she goes to great lengths to resolve issues for her clients.
